Biography
Pia Baltazar‘s artistic practice lies at the intersection of interactive design and artistic creation. She explores the dialogues between the senses – sight, hearing, touch – as well as the involvement of the body and gesture in the creative process.
After an international career as a solo artist and as part of the duo Les Baltazars, she began a new phase of solo work in 2023. Her current approach combines musical composition and installation. Often working in situ, she remains guided by a keen attention to the audience’s sensory experience.
