Biography
Sahar Homami develops an experimental and multidisciplinary practice at the intersection of art, technology, mysticism, and literature. Their work explores altered states of consciousness through real-time audiovisual performances, installations, short art films, and forms of analog and digital calligraphy.
Through what they call direct poetic cinema, the artist questions how we perceive and feel, weaving together narrative, generative imagery, and critical research. Rooted in a rigorous conceptual approach, their work seeks to push the boundaries of perception and consciousness.
